What we collect

Prompt data: The scenario, recipient, goal, and tone you input. We process this to generate emails. We store prompts only if you upgrade to Pro (unlimited history feature). Free users: prompts are processed but not stored.

Generated content: We store generated emails only for Pro users who enable history. Free users: generated content is not stored after the session.

Payment data: Handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns (rate limiting and abuse prevention).

How we use your data

To generate emails via OpenAI API. To prevent abuse (rate limiting). To improve the product (anonymized usage patterns only).

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your content. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Third parties

OpenAI (LLM provider), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security).

Retention

Free users: no retention. Pro users: until account deletion.
