AI Email Writer is an AI-powered email generation tool. You provide context (recipient, goal, tone), and we generate draft emails. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before sending.

2. No guarantees

We do not guarantee response rates, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a human before sending.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for: spam, harassment, fraud, illegal activities, or generating harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse.

4. Subscription

Free: 10 emails/day. Pro: $9/month or $79/year. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months unless covered by our refund policy.

5. Refund policy

7-day refund for Pro if you haven't generated more than 50 emails.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
